Luxury Travel Advisors acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent Travel Suppliers.
Because these services are performed by third parties, Luxury Travel Advisors is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service disruptions, overbooking, bankruptcy, equipment failures, or other actions of a Travel Supplier, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist our clients when travel disruptions or supplier issues occur.
